Every Layarav product carries a 3-year limited hardware warranty from the date of purchase.

Register your serial

What is covered

  • Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
  • Free repair, or replacement where repair is not practical
  • Return shipping on approved claims within India

What is not covered

  • Accidental damage, liquid ingress, or damage from misuse
  • Units opened, modified or repaired outside Layarav service
  • Units whose serial number has been removed or tampered with
  • Normal cosmetic wear that does not affect operation

How to claim

  1. 1. Register your serial (LR4-{batch}-{sequence}, e.g. LR4-01-0047) if you have not already.
  2. 2. Write toour support team with the serial, your proof of purchase, and a description of the fault.
  3. 3. We reply within one business day with an RMA reference and where to send the unit.
